The Infamous Creek Incident

Ok, I've got an Interesting story to tell that happened to me today.

So this morning, I missed the bus for the third time this week and I decide to walk to school.
But when I was only about a 1/4 mile I believe, I decided to cut through the creek and field to get directly to the parking lot in front of the school. When I tried to step on the plants in that creek/ditch, my foot sank into the mud there and I started scrambling to crawl back out because my other foot and both arms fell into the mud as well. after crawling my way out, instead of walking ALL the way back home, I kept heading towards the school (Because I was already almost there) which goes to show that I will go to school no matter what! Isn't that sad?

A Potential iTunes Feature

Ha, I'm back, I really had an urge to post today for some odd reason. Not much is going on today, I mean it is Monday after all.

Oh yeah one of the brackets from my braces is broken (Of course,that's not gonna bother me at all!/Sarcasm)

I'm listening to a live version of I kissed a girl right now, and here's what I think, I liked it, the taste of it's cherry chap stick! Ok that's not funny. let's get down to what my bad joke reminded me of. The imperfection of iTunes and what I think would make cool features.

First off, you know how you listen to a song and then you listen to the single but then you hear the artist's other songs from that CD and download them,well here's the issue, if you want to listen to the whole album, it will exclude not count that single as part of the Album. Well what do you do?

You could re-download the song off the album instead but you already bought the single so why pay for it again? This is where my Idea kicks in:

Single Swapping! With this feature you could switch the single from the album with the song from the album!

Note: this is not a feature and I have no idea how to accomplish this task! but if you know how I could pitch this to Apple, please let me know cuz this is a cool Idea in my opinion!

EDIT: I figured out that you can just go into the get info and change the info from there...

Thursday: Awsome day!

I'm so frick'n happy today! Why? I'll tell you.

First, I've got high speed Internet (No more dial up!)
Second, I did not fall or trip today, Just slipped on mud but that wasn't too bad.
Third, I finally finished downloading a Comedy Central video that I purchased 9 months ago! (Thanks to high speed!) also, tomorrow is Friday!

I've been helping an ex-teacher (Why does that sound weird?) make a blog unfortunately not on blogger so it's been much more difficult

Oh and I have something to tell you that's very important! Escalators can never break! They can only become stairs!

Writing contest

So I'm writing a new story (more of a story serial) and I've decided to create a contest.

Edit: There is no prompt, just prove you have writing skill!

So what's the contest for? Well I want people to be more active in my blog first of all, next is that I want to show someone this story and give me input.

So here's the basic gist of the contest, First send an email to me telling me if your interested, then fill out application form below then submit an original story/poem of any reasonable length (cough*molly*cough) to this email: Anglemeister.lpz@gmail.com containing the piece of writing.

then, I will decide which piece is my favorite and that person will get to be a character in the story and provide advice for me in the last chapter. The runner up will be mentioned briefly in the serial as a character. The winner and runner up will receive an email with follow up questions to create their characters.

Oct. 9) Date when I must be informed whether you wish to participate or not
Oct. 18) submission date for story/poem
Oct. 19) I will select winner. I'll make an entry that reveals the winner and the runner up.
Oct. 20) Story serial will premiere. Also my Birthday! Chapters will Be posted in a 5 day period

TV Premieres and iPods

Okay this is the first time I managed get the time to make a new post so here it is, I just saw the Ghost Whisperer and The Ex-list Premieres on CBS and they were really good in my opinion.

Assuming you kept up with Ghost Whisperer

Ghost Whisperer: There's a fire at Rockland University and a guy in the Psych department Eli (Jaime Kennedy) Has a near death experience so now he can hear the ghosts around him (Ghost Listener) and has a ghost attached to him. oh and a ghost tells Melinda (Jennifer Love Hewitt) That there is a price for what she does(Crossing spirits into the light) You can find out the rest of what happened here: http://www.cbs.com/primetime/ghost_whisperer/

The Ex-list: A women is told by a psychic that she has until the end of the year to marry or she never will, and that it's one of her ex's. so she makes a list of them and follows any signs that end up leading her to one of them. It's pretty funny!

Busses, Sprinklers, and Lodi, oh my!

So I had a weird bus ride today. First off one of my friends (Let's call her Barbara) and a friend of hers (Girl #2) were talking about Barbara's hair and Girl #2 started caressing her hair to which Barbara told her to not get so horny from massaging her hair!

Next a fly nearly went in her hair then Girl #2 said the fly must've thought her hair was a nest. Then Barbara said, that's a bird! (Her hair was wavy like straw and it was brown so maybe a nest wasn't far off. Not that it looked bad it was actually quite nice and I'm going to stop talking now)

Later, they were talking about having pimped-out bus with couches instead of bench seats and a hot tub in the back, when I asked what kind of bus is that they said, "Don't worry, we'll have female strippers for the guys"

Finally, we drove by a field while the sprinklers were on and another guy rolled down the window and guess what happened, he got splashed. Now these were NOT like regular sprinklers, When the water hit him and anyone nearby, it was like splash mountain!

In other news I'm going to Lodi next weekend! Wish me luck!

New Hiatus

Well I'm taking a Hiatus, and yes I am choosing to take a hiatus rather than just blogfade. Why am I taking a hiatus you ask? Well I guess I need some Personal time.

lately I've done nothing but stare at this blank screen waiting for a friend to talk to me and that's not exactly healthy, also I really don't know what is a good way to spend my time in the summer.

So I'm wasting my youthful life here! So If you want to comment feel free to, I'll still be watching every now and again but I won't talk till I've done what I set out to do. Whatever that is.

Red Moon

This is a very stream of consciousness sort of post. Bear with me.

So yeah the moon looks incredibly red right now (Lunar eclipse!) My dad and I wrapped our first present (I only helped with one side.) How did it turn out? You better hope he doesn't wrap any of your gifts! I had more to say but then I started eating Choco Krispies without milk a couple minutes ago and I forgot everything!

EDIT: I recently learned of a way to do this making this rant completely irrelevant but read on anyway.

I was just thinking (Not again!) why can't there be a button that flips exclamation and question marks for when someone is writing something in Spanish, why can't we add accent marks and stuff, they teach Spanish all over the US anyway so why can't they add ONE LOUSY KEY THAT DOES THAT! okay I'll calm down. sorry but still. if you agree then post: "I agree" in the comment board for this entry!

Chapter 1: You're dead!

Gabrial opened his eyes slowly.

"Hey turn of the flashlight!" he yelled angrily.

"yep, he's fine!" A woman said.

the light dimmed allowing him to see that he was in an enourmous white room with little cloud pictures on them.

"What the... Who' the hell's narrating this story?" Gabrial exclaimed

Just shut up and let me do my job! And stop breaking the fourth wall! Or else...

"Who was that?" Gabrial asked

"The narrator, you can tell because eberyithing he says is in italics and there are no quotation marks."

What did I just say!

"sorry"

"so where am I?" Gabrial asked.

"it's complicated" a voice answered

"Am I in Hollywood?"

"What?"

"White house?'

"No."

"Eiffel tower!"

"That makes no sense!"

"Portland, Oregon!"

"No! Now shut the hell up, you're dead!'
"What?" Gabrial replied in shock.

7th of July

So one of the Brackets came off of my braces and I got em fixed today, I bought the Jeff Dunham-Arguing with myself DVD, My Mom Bought herself a Nintendo Wii for her Birthday which was July 2nd. She's turned 34. While I was at Best Buy I ran into a friend from High school and lastly I saw the whole bay area shooting Fireworks into the sky!

Braces hurt! Jeff Dun-haaam!

Wow I just got my Braces yesterday, It feels like I got punched in the jaw. They sprayed my teeth with some weird gunk that tasted horrible! And about an hour later I was off the deep end (More so than usually). In other news, before all that happened I was watching Jeff Dunham on Youtube and I was laughing my ass off! especially after watching Achmed the dead terrorist sing "Jingle Bombs"!

Stuff Happened Last Weekend

well...stuff happened this weekend. The End. No really, thats all. Fine! I'll tell you!

First, I bought a new CD entitled Lunada by Thalia, not sure what compelled me to do so but the songs are pretty

Next, I bought a strap and case for my guitar!

Finally, My family went out for the weekend and as we were on the freeway I looked back and saw that in the car behind us, the driver and passenger were both waving at me. At first I assumed that they were just people that randomly waved at other cars but even as they passed us they kept on waving as if they recognized me. I don't know who they were but I have my theories

So there you have it. Nothing worth mentioning happened this weekend.

I just started reading Angie Sage's newest Septimus Heap novel: Queste.
Like all her other novels it's 49 chapters (Groan) and the characters speak in a slightly old fashion at times.
I still enjoy the series so wish me luck on the new book!

I just bought a guitar yesterday. its an acoustic guitar its really awsome! i can't really play yet but hopefully i'll learn fast.
